What support do you offer?
Each theme template has detailed documentation on my
Support Site and lifetime theme support. Email support is available Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm CST. My support website contains dozens of support articles and videos. If you need additional support for installing your theme to match the demo site, please submit a support ticket here.
Please note: Support is not available for plugins or customizations.
Can I use my new theme more than once?
Yes, you can use your theme template on as many personal sites as you'd like. If you are using a customized Cheerful Themes template for a client's site, we request you only use it once. Theme templates are not available for resale.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of my products, no refund is given. Please ask any question prior to purchase. You can read more here at Terms + Conditions.
Do your theme templates work on WordPress.com or Blogger?
No, the theme templates are for self-hosted WordPress.org sites. While they can be used on the Business Plan of WordPress.com sites, the cost is very high and you'd be better off hosting your own site. We can guide you through every step of that process! See Getting Started with WordPress here.
Do I need to purchase the Genesis Framework?
No, the Genesis Framework is included in your theme template purchase. However, if you need support from StudioPress regarding the framework, you'll have to purchase your own copy of the framework. You can purchase it here. Your purchase also will give you access to all of their tutorials and code snippets. It's a worthwhile investment. You can read more about the Genesis Framework here.
Are your themes easy to use?
Our themes are built with solid code and come with extensive tutorials and support. While it can seem intimidating setting up a new theme, our documentation will walk you through step by step. If you'd prefer to have the theme installed for you while you focus on your business, we offer two levels of installation help. Please see our available installation services here.

How often are the themes updated?
We update our themes with each major WordPress update, as well as with major updates to essential plugins. Our themes will never become outdated.
How do I download the theme after purchase?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to download the theme. The email will also include additional links to support and setup instructions here on our site. If more than 10 minutes have passed and you haven't received the email, please check your spam email. You may also log on to your account here where there will always be a link to download your purchases.
Can I change the colors?
Yes, our themes are customizable using the WordPress Customizer. All themes come with the ability to change the colors for many aspects of the design.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes, absolutely! Each theme comes with the ability to use a logo or custom text for the site title. The dimensions vary from theme to theme. If you need to adjust the size of your logo to match the theme dimensions, please see this quick tutorial.
Does the theme come with the images and fonts?
The images are from Haute Stock and are NOT included with the theme purchase. The hand-lettered fonts used in our themes are available for your use or are our own hand-lettered fonts.
Can I use an eCommerce plugin with your themes?
Our themes are styled to work with WooCommerce (with the exception of "Blog Themes"). If you choose to use a different eCommerce plugin, the styling may not match. We highly recommend WooCommerce and it is what we use on this site. If you'd like additional help setting up WooCommerce with your theme, please see our theme installation help services page.
